Can we have multiple users on the same account?

We’re considering purchasing a subscription, but wondering if it’s possible to have multiple users for the same company able to use the same set of lookups (i.e., I purchase 50K lookups but a secretary (or someone on her team) will be doing most of the actual “scrubbing” work.

Answer

You can absolutely have multiple users working from the same account. We don't charge you per user and there is no additional licensing required. All you need to do is set up the account and then give login credentials (username and password) to each person that you want to be able to use the account.

We don't currently have subordinate accounts. It is something we have planned. We would be happy to work with you and set up multiple accounts for you and split the address lookups among them.
