We’re considering purchasing a subscription, but we wonder if it’s possible to have multiple users for the same company able to use the same set of lookups. For example, I purchase 50K lookups but a secretary (or someone on her team) will be doing most of the actual “scrubbing” work.
You can absolutely have multiple users working from the same account. We don't charge you per user and there is no additional licensing required. All you need to do is set up the account and then give login credentials (username and password) to each person that you want to be able to use the account.
We don't currently have subordinate accounts.
