I set up an account, etc. but I have a few questions.

When I upload the excel file, do I receive back the postal paperwork I need to drop off the job at the post office?

In essence, after I upload a file to you, will what I receive back allow me to:

process mail – address, bundle, tray, etc. provide paperwork to take to post office?

Answer

Along with your verified addressees you will receive the US Postal Service Form 3553 (CASS Certification). This is the form that you will sign and take to the post office along with your items to mail. The CASS Certification form entitles you to certain bulk mail discounts because it certifies that your addresses are now valid and verified and ready to be put into the postal system mail flow.

There are different levels of bulk mail discounts that you can receive. The one that we provide is the CASS certification. Others are presorting, walk-order (for actual delivery on the route).

You'll be able to print out the CASS 3553 form after processing your list with us.
