I know this address is correct. Why does your system say it isn't?

I have an address which I know is correct. Your system says it isn't a valid address. Is there any way to add it to your address database?

Answer

Our database is essentially the the US Postal Service's database. They do a pretty good job keeping their address database up to date, especially with the vast number of addresses they handle. However, they do make mistakes, and those mistakes trickle down to anyone who uses their data. In order to handle address discrepancies, they have a specialized group that you can contact to submit addresses. The Address Management System handles this very efficiently, and anyone can submit an address for correction.
