I need to be able to provide suggestions to my clients. How do I enable that in the API?

Under certain conditions we do give suggestions such as 1109 9th Phoenix, AZ. This may be answered better here.

Our system returns multiple suggestions whenever there are multiple valid addresses that closely match. The key here is "match". If you enter in an invalid address, we don't (currently) suggest nearby addresses. However, in the very near future we will take your submitted address and return to you exactly what is right about that address and then give suggestions to help you find then correct address.

For example:

123 North Main St Beverly Hills, CA 90210

We can tell you that the City, State, ZIP and Street are correct but the Primary Number (or house number) is not correct. Our system already does that through the use of various DPV codes (Delivery Point Validation). Shortly, we will be able to augment that information with the valid address ranges on the street. For example we will be able to let you know that valid number ranges on that street are 1-99 (odd), 2-100 (even) and 131-149 (odd), 130-150 (even). That would help you to be able to better determine the correct address. Due to security issues pertaining to personal information, we are not able to give you the exact house numbers that exist on any given street.
