I know you accept credit card, but can I pay with a check or a company Purchase Order as well? How are refunds handled? |

Payments: On the website we accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover). This allows you to make a purchase at anytime, day or night. Check, Money Order or company Purchase Order will all be handled through our accounting department. Contact us by phone or email so we can create an invoice for your order. Please mail payments to the address found on the contact us page. NOTE: If you are using the LiveAddress API service, having a credit card on file will ensure that your service is never interrupted. Refunds Your satisfaction is our goal. If you're not pleased with our services, we want to know about it.
A refund is the easy part and will be taken care of immediately. More importantly we want to fix any problems. |
